The Workride initiative offers a 32-63% discount to our team for bikes and scooters, encouraging a healthier and greener commute to the office.

Fareshare

Catch the train or bus to work

Fareshare is an Auckland Transport initiative that enables employers to subsidise public transport costs. Sandfield is one of the first company's to adopt and offer this initiative and subsidise 75% of our team's AT transport fares to help them get to and from our office in Ponsonby.

Disposal of electronic items in a safe, sustainable way

Sandfield organises multiple eWaste collections throughout the year, covering the disposal fee for our team. This encourages a safer way of disposing of unwanted electronic items that have potentially harmful toxins and chemicals not suitable for standard landfills.
